Making Fiends takes place in the cold, grey coastal town of Clamburg, where Vendetta, an angry little girl, holds the townspeople in the palm of her hands with the dangerous "fiends" she creates. All that is about to change with the arrival of Charlotte, an adorable, peppy little girl who sets her sights on making Vendetta her best friend. Vendetta cannot stand Charlotte's constant sunshiny disposition, and unleashes her fiends (always unsuccessfully) on Charlotte!
