Doom! Gloom! ...and Comedy! Invader ZIM features the twisted tales of an alien named ZIM who's on a mission to conquer the strange planet Earth. ZIM and his sidekick, a lovable but short-circuiting robot named GIR, infiltrate human society disguised as a schoolboy and a pet dog in order to look for weaknesses in the planet's defenses. Strangely, no one at SKOOL seems to notice that the new boy has green skin, no ears, and an unusual accent... no one, that is, except for his classmate DIB, an obsessed paranormal investigator whose warnings of the alien presence are ignored by everyone.
